Creamy Baby Shower Layered Jello Squares

Create this cool and refreshing Creamy Jello Squares for your baby shower parties. Your guests will love the cool colors of pink, white, and blue dessert. Great for the summer!!

Ingredients

Set A

¾ cups boiling water
1 pkg (4-serving size) JELLO-O Blueberry Flavor Gelatin
Ice Cubes
1/2 cup cold water


Set B

3/4 cups boiling water
1 pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Strawberry Flavor Gelatin
Ice cubes
1/2 cup cold water
3/4 cups thawed COOL WHIP Sugar Free Whipped Topping


Set C

¾ cups boiling water
1 pkg (4-serving size) JELLO-O Strawberry Flavor Gelatin
Ice Cubes
1/2 cup cold water

For each set of ingredients –
To each set of ingredients -- Stir boiling water into dry gelatin mix in a bowl at least 2 min. until completely dissolved. You should have 3 bowls. Add enough ice to cold water to measure 3/4 cups. Add to gelatin; stir until ice is completely melted.
On Set B - Refrigerate strawberry jello mixture for 30 min. or until slightly thickened. Add 3/4 cup of the whipped topping to chilled thickened gelatin; stir with wire whisk until well blended.
Pour Set A (blueberry jello mixture) into 9-inch square dish. Refrigerate 15 min. or until gelatin mixture is set.
Carefully pour Set B (strawberry cool whip mixture) reserved gelatin over blueberry jello layer in dish. Refrigerate another 15 min. or until gelatin mixture is set.
Next, pour Set C (strawberry jello mixture) over the creamy layer.
Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm. Cut into squares to serve. Top each serving with a dollop of whipped topping if desired.
