Baby Shower Gift Poems

Baby shower guests can also use poems to add to their gifts. A gift poem is something little, written on a card and presented alongside the gift. It traditionally includes some sincere wishes or a cute thought about babies.

Selecting a gift poem for a baby shower may be a process requiring some research but taking the time to find the right one will make the present even more special and easy to remember. You can use one of the following poems to add to your card:

Your baby shower is here,
And I’m glad I got invited.
Here’s a baby gift,
I hope you’ll be delighted!

Babies are Angels that fly to the earth,
their wings disappear at the time of their birth
one look in their eyes and we're never the same
They're part of us now and that part has a name
That part is your heart and a bond that won't sever
our Babies are Angels, we love them forever.

A package wrapped in colored strings
Could be so very many things
A toy, a shirt, a sweater vest,
A pillow, book or small toy chest.
A fancy doll or quilted shrug,
A stuffed giraffe or puppet bug,
A pair of shoes, tiny and new,
Could be in there waiting for you.
There's just no way to know for sure
It could be something quite obscure,
What could this baby present be?
You'll have to open it and see!
