On October 23, 2010, pop singer Alanis Morisette celebrated her baby shower at a friends house in Santa Monica, CA. In attendance were 25 close friends and family members and her husband Mario "Souleye" Treadway also attended the party. She was wearing a black lace dress and her assistant was seen carrying bags with "It's a Boy" and "Baby Boy" with blue colored presents to the car.
The baby is expected around Christmas of 2010 and Alanis is age 36 and was recently married in May of 2010 after dating Soulway since 2009. A source says that the party involved loud games and catered food. Alanis shared a few pictures of the event on Facebook on October 31.
She officially announced her pregnancy in August of 2010 on the E! show Chelsea Lately and in US Weekly.
